Product Overview

NES-12 is an intelligent indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear developed by NATUS Electric as the German NATUS Electric Asia-Pacific R&D and manufacturing base. Based on German core technology, it is rated for 12kV, with the series covering 3.6-40.5 kV. The withdrawable medium-voltage switchgear adopts air insulation technology and a three-phase AC 50Hz single-busbar system design.
Compared with traditional medium-voltage switchgear, the NES-12 medium-voltage switchgear is equipped with a new-generation online switch monitoring and analysis system to realize full-lifecycle intelligent management. Its modular structure supports flexible configuration. With a maximum main busbar current of 5000A and rated short-circuit breaking current of 50kA, it meets high-capacity power distribution requirements. The metal-clad withdrawable switchgear has passed type tests, seismic intensity 8 testing and 0.5-second internal arc fault protection testing, and has long-term stable operating experience in global power systems.

The instrument room is equipped with some necessary secondary components, such as various relays, meters, signal indications, operating switches, etc., and a small bus bar can be installed on the top to facilitate construction and be sealed with a metal cover plate.

Yes. The wall-mounted version supports full front maintenance without reserving rear maintenance space.
Products with rated current ≤1250A can provide a 650mm narrow cubicle option to save distribution room space.
Under normal operation, routine inspection is carried out every 1-2 years, mainly covering the operating mechanism, secondary circuit and insulation status.
Optional fluorescent optical fiber temperature monitoring, online partial discharge monitoring and insulation component failure warning system are available, supporting access to distribution automation platforms.
The delivery time for standard configuration is 3-4 weeks. Customized withdrawable switchgear products depend on customization scope, generally 4-6 weeks.
