Product Overview

NES-40.5 Metal Clad Switchgear is a reliable 40.5kV indoor medium voltage switchgear designed for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. Featuring a metal-clad withdrawable structure, it provides safe power receiving and distribution, circuit control, protection, monitoring, and detection for power plants, substations, and industrial applications requiring frequent operation.
Compared with traditional 35 kV switchgear, NATUS 40.5kV metal-clad withdrawable AC switchgear adopts an assembled cubicle structure and a new composite-insulated vacuum circuit breaker. It is equipped with a forced mechanical five-prevention interlocking device and fully meets the five-prevention requirements. The large cable compartment supports flexible multi-cable wiring, and the three high-voltage compartments each have independent pressure relief channels, greatly improving operational safety. The 40.5kV air insulated metal clad switchgear fully complies with GB and IEC international standards, with stable and reliable performance.

The 40.5 kv switchgear adopts a metal-clad withdrawable metal-enclosed structure, consisting of the cubicle frame and the withdrawable truck.
