Product Overview

NRTem-24 is a 24 kV SF6-free environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit designed for prefabricated substations, switching stations, renewable energy projects and industrial distribution, replacing traditional SF6 ring main units.
The fully sealed IP67 stainless-steel gas tank integrates a three-position load switch or vacuum circuit breaker and uses an environmentally friendly insulating medium with no greenhouse gas risk. The sf6 free gas insulated switchgear has passed strict helium leak detection, partial discharge, internal arc and seismic tests. It provides five-prevention interlocking, electric/manual dual operation and four-remote communication, and is suitable for high-humidity, salt-fog and dusty operating conditions.

Product Structure

NRTem-24 kV SF6-Free Gas Insulated RMU
Prohibited from operating the three-position switch electrically or manually when the circuit breaker is in the closed position. The three-position switch adopts dual-hole operation mode to prevent accidental operation of the grounding switch during isolation closing procedures.
When used as a double-busbar sectioning scheme, a mechanical anti-misoperation device with three locks and two keys can be installed. The cabinet door may only be opened for operation and maintenance when both the grounding position and circuit breaker are in the closed position.
