NATUS Electric Strengthens Strategic Partnerships in the Middle East

As the global energy landscape undergoes rapid transformation, the Middle East is shifting from a traditional oil and gas-driven economy toward a dual-engine growth model powered by energy diversification and the digital economy. Across the Gulf region, large-scale initiatives in renewable energy integration, power grid modernization, and hyperscale data center development are creating increasingly stringent requirements for the environmental adaptability, operational reliability, and lifecycle value of electrical equipment.
In early September, NATUS Electric President Li Yinghui and Vice President and Head of International Business Lu Jiang led a delegation to Dubai, where they visited several key partners across the Middle East. The team held in-depth business discussions focused on major industries, including oil and gas and data centers. The meetings resulted in broad consensus on market development and long-term cooperation plans for NATUS's core products, including the ENERGON-i intelligent power distribution system, gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), busway systems, intelligent electrical components, and explosion-proof products.
To address the Middle East's challenging operating conditions, including extreme heat, sand and dust, and continuous-duty operation, NATUS combines 70 years of German electrical engineering expertise with the flexible manufacturing capacity of its intelligent manufacturing base in Changzhou, China. By integrating German engineering standards with the efficiency of Chinese manufacturing, the company is building a globally coordinated supply chain. Moving beyond the supply of individual products, NATUS offers integrated solutions that combine intelligent power distribution, gas insulation, high-current power transmission, and explosion-proof electrical systems. These solutions are designed to meet the complex requirements of oil and gas applications, data center uptime, and renewable energy integration, marking a strategic evolution from equipment exports to the global delivery of comprehensive capabilities.

The Dubai visit marks the full implementation of NATUS's localized business model, which combines Made-in-China supply capabilities with responsive, on-the-ground local service. Looking ahead, NATUS will continue to focus on high-value opportunities in the Middle East, providing end-to-end power solutions to support the region's energy transition and working with global partners to build a more reliable and sustainable power future.
