Product Overview

ENERGON Intelligent Draw-out Low-Voltage Switchgear System is a new-generation intelligent low-voltage switchgear developed by NATUS Electric based on more than 50 years of draw-out switchgear technology accumulation. It is designed for industrial and infrastructure applications with extremely high requirements for power supply reliability and safety.
Compared with traditional low-voltage switchgear, the low-voltage switchgear has passed demanding tests including 120kA/s ultimate short-circuit current withstand, simulated seismic structural integrity and arc flash resistance verification. Its design strictly follows IEC 60439-1, GB 7251.1 and other international and Chinese standards, and its internal isolation reaches the highest Form 4b level. The three patented core technologies - ARC SAFE arc-resistant busbar, DTS bidirectional sliding transmission and Linear Full-Engagement Explosion-Proof Door Locking Device - raise the safety level of low-voltage equipment to medium-voltage standards. The low-voltage switchgear supports energized hot-swap maintenance and can integrate intelligent communication and remote monitoring functions, making it widely suitable for key fields such as data centers, chemical and petrochemical plants, and rail transit.

Product Structure

ENERGON low-voltage switchgear adopts a fully modular armored structure and consists of a cabinet body and withdrawable functional units.
The low-voltage cabinet is divided into five completely independent metal compartments, with core safety components including the ARC SAFE arc-resistant fully enclosed vertical busbar system, DTS bidirectional sliding mechanical transmission device, Linear Full-Engagement Explosion-Proof Door Locking Device, and patented mechanical code lock with 1,000 combinations.

Each functional unit is equipped with an adjustable mechanical code lock with 1,000 combinations, ensuring that the unit can only be inserted into the corresponding numbered compartment and fundamentally preventing wrong insertion or mixed insertion risks.

Modular flexible architecture
The full-modular design (1MH = 70mm) allows withdrawable, plug-in and fixed functional units to be freely combined in the same low voltage cabinet. It supports single-sided / double-sided operation and wall-mounted or freestanding installation to suit different distribution room layouts.

Full-dimensional intelligent integration

ARC SAFE is NATUS Electric's patented fully enclosed vertical busbar system with an automatic safety shutter. When a drawer is withdrawn, the shutter automatically closes to shield the busbar and maintain IP4X protection, eliminating electric shock risk during energized maintenance. The all-round insulation design also prevents arcs between contact chambers and limits fault expansion.
Yes. ENERGON supports energized replacement of functional units. DTS transmission enables door-closed operation with unchanged protection level throughout the process; the mechanical code lock prevents wrong insertion; and the ARC SAFE busbar shields energized parts, ensuring safe energized maintenance through multiple protections.
A PD cabinet is the main incoming/outgoing cabinet used to install high-current frame circuit breakers (630A-6300A), suitable for system main incoming, busbar section and high-current outgoing. MD cabinet is a multifunction MCC cabinet used to install various small-capacity withdrawable / plug-in functional units, suitable for motor control and multi-circuit feeders.
Modbus-RTU is supported as standard. Profibus-DP, IEC 61850 and other mainstream communication protocols are optional, allowing seamless access to various distribution automation systems and enterprise energy management systems.
The standard low voltage switchgear shell protection class is IP41 and can be customized up to IP54 to meet wet, dusty and other demanding environmental requirements.
The delivery cycle for standard PD / MD cabinets is 4-6 weeks. Customized products are determined according to customization scope, generally 6-8 weeks, and can meet urgent project requirements.
Functional units of the same model and current rating can be interchanged. Each unit is equipped with a unique mechanical code lock to prevent wrong insertion of units with different specifications.
