Product Overview

P-LINE h Fire-Resistant Busduct is a new-generation low-voltage dense-type fire-resistant busbar system system developed by NATUS Electrical under an academician-led team after more than ten years of technical accumulation and two years of focused R&D.
The product introduces gradient thermodynamics and heat-transfer theory, and uses self-developed fire-resistant thermal-insulation composite materials and a sandwich gradient structure to achieve an optimized combination of fire resistance and thermal insulation. It has passed national CCC compulsory certification and professional fire-resistance testing, and can provide continuous power supply for 195 minutes in an extreme 1150°C fire environment. With rated operating voltage of 690V-1000V, protection class up to IP66 and integrated visual intelligent monitoring, it is widely used in commercial complexes, data centers, rail transit, industrial plants and other scenarios with extremely high requirements for power continuity and fire safety.

Product Structure

A new type of refractory material with high temperature resistance, excellent thermal insulation performance, small size and environmental friendliness. It uses inorganic materials as aggregates and adds a thermal insulation layer to achieve a sandwich gradient structure, ensuring excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation performance.
Experimental Verification: After undergoing more than 180 minutes of flame ablation, the surface temperature reached a maximum of approximately 1400℃, while the backside temperature was only around 40℃, demonstrating excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation performance.

The fire-resistant busduct passed fire-resistance testing by the National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Fire-Resistant Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, maintaining continuous power supply for 195 minutes under a 1150°C flame, far exceeding the 90-minute national standard requirement.
The protection class can reach up to IP66, completely preventing dust and water ingress, and can be directly used outdoors, in tunnels and other harsh environments.
