Product Overview

P-LINE is a full-series low-voltage busduct product independently developed by NATUS Electric. It covers four major types: compact busduct, fire-resistant busduct, cast-resin busduct and common-enclosure busducts, meeting diversified power distribution requirements from 400 A to 6400 A.
Compared with traditional cable distribution and ordinary busducts, the low-voltage busduct uses a 3 mm-thick aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy enclosure and an original slot design, ensuring excellent heat dissipation performance while providing high mechanical strength. The entire production process adopts digital intelligent manufacturing, integrating parametric design, automated wiring and digital processing to shorten the production cycle. The P-LINE Busduct System fully complies with GB/T 7251 and IEC 61439 international standards, with a protection class up to IP68, and is widely used in data centers, industrial plants, high-rise buildings, petrochemical facilities and other power distribution scenarios.

Product Structure

The P-LINE busduct plug-in box unit provides tap currents ranging from 16A to 1250A. Its plug pins feature a "T"-shaped structure with silver plating to ensure reliable electrical continuity throughout the system.
The plug-in box incorporates multiple interlock mechanisms to prevent door opening during energized conditions, further safeguardin.

1P-LINE busduct uses a high-quality aviation aluminum-magnesium alloy as the enclosure material. The 3 mm non-magnetic and environmentally friendly material is lightweight and high-strength.
2The P-LINE copper busduct uses an I-shaped structure. To ensure high structural strength and precision, the enclosure cover and side plates are formed in one process.
3The cover plate and side plates use a curved riveting structure, making the overall fit tighter and raising the protection class to IP66.
4The side-plate grooved slot design effectively increases heat dissipation area, improves overall heat dissipation performance and increases thermal stability during copper busduct operation.
5The enclosure surface is anodized or electrostatic powder-coated for long-term use in environments with high air humidity, high salt content and severe pollution such as coastal areas.
6The busduct enclosure has good grounding continuity and grounding capacity, and the enclosure can be used as a grounding conductor.

It includes compact busduct, fire-resistant busduct, cast-resin busduct and common-enclosure busduct types. Compact busduct is suitable for general commercial and industrial distribution; fire-resistant busduct is suitable for fire passages, distribution rooms and areas with high fire protection requirements; cast-resin busduct is suitable for humid and highly polluted environments such as underground garages, tunnels and coastal areas; common-enclosure busduct is suitable for high-current long-distance transmission.
Copper conductors have good conductivity, low loss and high mechanical strength, suitable for scenarios with high energy-saving requirements, high-current and limited installation space. Aluminum conductors are lightweight and lower-cost, suitable for long-distance and large-span installations where cost is sensitive.
Compact busduct can reach up to IP66, providing complete dustproof and protection against strong water jets. Cast-resin busduct can reach up to IP68 and can be used under long-term immersion under certain pressure.
The P-LINE fire-resistant busduct can achieve 180 minutes of building structural fire resistance, meeting the highest requirements of GB 50016 Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings.
With the innovative double-headed bolt connector, installation speed is doubled than traditional busduct and 3-5 times faster than cable tray systems, greatly shortening the project construction cycle.
Yes. Straight sections of any length from 0.3 m to 6 m can be customized, as well as non-standard L-type, Z-type and T-type elbow units of various angles to meet complex on-site routing requirements.
Normal service life exceeds 30 years. After commissioning, routine inspection is recommended every 3–5 years, mainly checking connector torque, insulation status and enclosure corrosion. Daily operation requires no maintenance.
