Product Overview

NES-40.5 is indoor complete power distribution equipment developed by NATUS Electric. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with rated voltage of 40.5 kV, and is mainly used in power plants, substations and industrial or mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical power. It realizes circuit control, protection, monitoring and detection, and is especially suitable for power distribution scenarios requiring frequent operation.
Compared with traditional 35 kV switchgear, this product adopts an assembled cubicle structure and a new composite-insulated vacuum circuit breaker. It is equipped with a forced mechanical five-prevention interlocking device and fully meets the five-prevention requirements. The large cable compartment supports flexible multi-cable wiring, and the three high-voltage compartments each have independent pressure relief channels, greatly improving operational safety. The product fully complies with GB and IEC international standards, with stable and reliable performance.

Product Structure

The product adopts a metal-clad withdrawable metal-enclosed structure, consisting of the cubicle frame and the withdrawable truck.
The cubicle is divided into four fully independent functional compartments.

Product FAQ

It is equipped with BV40-40.5 series vacuum circuit breakers as standard, and also supports customization with internationally known brands such as Schneider HVX-40.5.
The standard product is suitable for areas with altitude <=1000m, and customized solutions can be provided for high-altitude areas.
The cable compartment has sufficient space and can connect multiple incoming and outgoing cables according to current rating and cable specification, meeting multi-circuit requirements.
Under normal operation, routine inspection is carried out every 1-2 years, mainly checking the operating mechanism, secondary circuit and insulation status.
Intelligent temperature monitoring, online partial discharge monitoring and live status monitoring can be added, and the system can be connected to distribution automation platforms.
The delivery cycle for standard configuration is 4-5 weeks, while customized products are determined according to the customized content, generally 5-7 weeks.
