Product Overview

MNS_nt is a new-generation low-voltage draw-out switchgear built by NATUS Electric with standard profiles. It is suitable for power supply and distribution systems with AC 50/60 Hz, rated operating voltage up to 690V and rated current up to 6300 A.
Compared with traditional low-voltage switchgear, the MNS_nt low-voltage switchgear adopts a C-shaped upright combined assembly structure. All parts use 25 mm standard mounting module holes and are connected by self-tapping locking screws or 8.8-grade bolts, delivering high assembly accuracy and good interchangeability. The internal compartments reach IEC 439-1 Form 4 segregation, and the enclosure protection class can reach IP54. It supports mixed PC/MCC installation and two busbar arrangements, side outgoing and rear outgoing, providing flexible solutions. The low-voltage draw-out switchgear fully complies with GB/T 7251, IEC 61439 and German VDE 0660 standards and is widely used in power generation, buildings, steel, cement, mining, petrochemical, papermaking and other industries.

Product Structure

There are two types of horizontal bus bar for the draw-out switchgear. For the switchgear with side outlet, the horizontal bus bar is arranged at the rear of the cabinet. For the switch cabinet with the outlet line at the back of the cabinet, the horizontal bus bar is arranged on the top of the cabinet.
Cabinets with horizontal bus bars arranged on the side and top cannot be arranged in the same arrangement when they are arranged. Thee protective conductor (PE wire), which is individually arranged and runs through the entire arrangement, is connected with the exposed conductive part (frame) to form a complete protective grounding system.

Self-healing corrosion protection with aluminum-zinc coated sheet
The frame, internal partitions and functional units all use imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plate. During processing, the aluminum-zinc film automatically covers cut edges, providing strong self-healing corrosion resistance without additional galvanizing and extending cabinet service life to more than 30 years.

Product FAQ

MNS_nt is the standard steel-plate door type with protection class IP30-IP54. MNS_nt-D uses transparent glass doors with an attractive appearance and higher resistance to pollution, dust and splash water, suitable for scenarios with higher protection requirements.
For side outgoing, the cable compartment is on the side of the cabinet and the horizontal busbar is arranged at the rear. For rear outgoing, the cable compartment is at the rear and the horizontal busbar is arranged at the top. The selection mainly depends on the distribution room layout and cable routing.
With the smallest 8E/4 drawer unit, one single-sided MCC cabinet can accommodate up to 36 units; double-sided operation can accommodate up to 72 units.
Yes. MNS_nt supports PC and MCC combined structure. In mixed installation, the PC section is arranged in the upper part of the cabinet, drawer units are arranged below, and an 8E empty compartment is reserved in the middle for vertical busbar transition.
The full MNS_nt series has passed CQC, CB and CE certification and complies with German VDE standards. It can be exported to most countries and regions worldwide.
The standard product supports altitudes not exceeding 5000 m. Customized solutions can be provided for altitudes above 5000 m.
The standard maximum current of the horizontal busbar is 5000 A for single-sided operation, with customized solutions supporting up to 6300 A.
