Product Overview

GXL low-voltage distribution cabinet is a miniaturized intelligent terminal distribution device developed by NATUS Electric, including two major series: the ordinary power distribution cabinet and the GXL-VFD variable frequency drive control cabinet.The ordinary GXL low-voltage distribution cabinet is mainly used for power distribution and lighting supply, and is suitable for AC 500V and below three-phase four-wire / three-phase five-wire systems.
The GXL-VFD control cabinet is designed for motor start-stop protection and speed regulation. It is suitable for AC 50Hz systems with rated voltage below 690V and a maximum output power of 300kW. The low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts an all-metal semi-enclosed structure, fully complies with IEC 61439, GB 7251 and other international and Chinese standards, and is widely used in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings, petrochemical facilities and other scenarios.

Product Structure

The structure of the cabinet (box) adopts all-metal shell, which can be assembled by steel profiles or welded by thin steel plate bending; The installation mode of the cabinet (box) is standing cabinet (or hanging box), and the standing cabinet adopts 2mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and the hanging box adopts 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate;
The electrical installation board inside the cabinet (box) can be removed separately; The inlet and outlet cables are introduced from the bottom. Users have special requirements, can also be in the box on the top of the cover plate to open into the line knock-down hole or add bus room;

Yes. GXL-VFD uses a waterproof top cover and foam-sealed door panel process, passes the IP65 protection test, and can be directly installed outdoors in uncovered environments.
VFDs from NATUS Electric partner brands are supplied as standard, and customized integration of mainstream brands such as Schneider, ABB, Siemens and Inovance is supported.
Yes. Cabinet dimensions, cable inlet and outlet methods, functional configuration and enclosure color can all be customized. Specific requirements can be confirmed with the technical team.
Modbus RTU communication is supported as standard. Profibus-DP, EtherNet/IP and other protocols are optional, enabling seamless connection to PLC and SCADA control systems.
Two installation methods are available: floor-standing cabinet and wall-mounted box. The wall-mounted box supports up to 200A rated current; above 200A, the floor-standing cabinet is recommended.
