Product Overview

EZ-POWER Plug-in Power Distribution Cabinet is a new-generation end-end power distribution device independently developed by NATUS Electric for scenarios requiring extremely high power supply continuity.
Compared with traditional fixed distribution cabinets, this power distribution cabinet adopts a plug-in branch switch design, allowing circuits to be added, replaced or maintained while the equipment is energized, without any power outage. The integrated conductor and epoxy-resin cast busbar technology greatly improve current-carrying capacity and fire safety. The high-density design supports up to 72 circuits per cabinet, significantly saving distribution room space. The electric distribution system fully complies with GB/T 7251.2 and IEC 61439-2 international standards and is widely used in 24-hour uninterrupted power supply scenarios such as semiconductor, LCD display, hospitals and rail transit.

The MCCB can be used with a variety of brands and 1P, 2P and 3P MCCB switches. MCCB can be inserted and withdrawn with power, quick and easy to increase or decrease the load. The conductive clamp contact surface features silver-plated treatment, with the external spring plate securely crimped flat to withstand a 54kg insertion force test.

A safety hanging device also prevents the switch from falling before insertion or after withdrawal, making operation safe.
